Returns and Refunds

As an organization committed to the wellbeing of our community and the individual members therein, we are happy to honor any refund/return requests you may have for 1) defective products that are unused, 2) unusually long delivery times (6+ weeks), and 3) incorrect product shipment. We will issue these refunds as purchase credits only, and the original packaging is required before we make a refund. To request a refund, please email us at info@projectanimalfreedom.org. We strive to respond to all incoming emails within 72 business hours, and we process all refund requests within two weeks. If you would like to return a product, please ship it to 772 Top Notch Lane, Eureka, MO 63025, and we will find another purpose for it.
